my-IAM PeopleConnect provides user data from your Microsoft 365 Directory (Azure AD) and many other data sources as a cloud-based phone book.

Fast and direct access to M365 data with my-IAM phone book

The my-IAM phone book works with a very fast repository, which takes over and controls source connections. Different source object types are mapped and merged in a configurable logic.

 

Besides M365 users, the following sources are included: Outlook contacts, contacts from Excel/CSV files, phone systems, the intranet as well as other source directories and databases.

The configurations are customized, so that complex requirements of large companies are covered. In no time you get a digital contact list of all employees, resources and company contacts – which is always up-to-date.</

With my-IAM PeopleConnect you use current contact data and enrich it in a meaningful way. Employees from non-IT departments maintain their personal profile themselves. Role types, such as organizational roles and competency roles, help to organize the authorizations.

Self Service – Update your own data

The self-service of my-IAM enables users to edit certain attributes in Microsoft 365 or Azure AD themselves – in easy and fast access.

Employees can thus maintain their data themselves without in-depth IT knowledge.

A lot of information already resides with employees. With self-service, you avoid helpdesk processes and simplify user administration.

With TeamSpace, creating new teams in MS Teams is a controlled process. Via pre-defined templates that comply with company policies, employees create teams in an orderly fashion. Many features ensure that the number of teams remains in check. In addition, only authorized persons and teams are granted access to sensitive data.

PeopleConnect, on the other hand, adds fun to communicating. All contacts are displayed via a user-friendly dashboard. Smart search functions make it easier to find the right contact. In addition, there is the Self Update, which allows updating one’s own profile.
