Fast and direct access to data
my-IAM provides user data from your Microsoft 365 Directory (Azure AD) as a cloud-based phone book.
The my-IAM phone book uses a direct connection to Microsoft 365. In this way, the address book does not need another database.
More specifically, the M365 phone book uses real-time queries against the identity provider (Azure AD) and is thus significantly faster than meta DB systems.
In no time at all, you will have a digital contact list of all employees, resources and company contacts – which is always up-to-date.

The Self Service of my-IAM enables users to edit certain attributes in Microsoft 365 or Azure AD themselves – in direct and fast access.

Cloud-based phone systems and app integration

TeamSpace & PeopleConnect
In addition to fast access to M365 data in an online phone book, my-IAM includes the core services TeamSpace and PeopleConnect.
With TeamSpace, creating new teams in MS Teams is a controlled process. Via pre-defined templates that comply with company policies, employees create teams in an orderly fashion. Many features ensure that the number of teams remains in check. In addition, only authorized persons and teams are granted access to sensitive data.
PeopleConnect, on the other hand, adds fun to communicating. All contacts are displayed via a user-friendly dashboard. Smart search functions make it easier to find the right contact. In addition, there is the Self Update, which allows updating one’s own profile.
